Most commonly known as The Reaper as that is her gang title, No one knows who The Reaper is under her mask/hoodie/face guard. Only Arkham and Jak know who she is underneath.

Rue met Kooz when his show was in the upper levels of the city where she lived. She decided that this was a golden opportunity and went for it. After all there would be plenty of people there to steal from and she coulden't afford to pass this up. After a grabbing a few wallets she ended up sneaking backstage and allowed her self to stop and play with some of the equiptment ...which she then ended up breaking just as Kooza walked in to get a prop for his performance. He caught her and was quite upset and she was forced to work off the money to pay for the equiptment. While spending time with him they ended up becomeing close friends and Kooz became like a big brother to her. She trusts him and loves to bother him. She is also kown to help out with some of the shows sometimes and is constantly begging Kooz to let her play on the Trapiez.
Kooza:

Rue met Evel when she snuck into a bar to pickpocket the local drunks. She found Eval and began to try and take whatever his pockets held but her caught her and laughingly said "Let me know if you find anything!" Rue later found him as he was about to preform one of his magnificant stunts and helped him with a few things afterwards and actually ended up preforming a minor stunt herself! Afterwards Evel showed her his fireworks which she absolutely adored. This led to a prosperous friendship between the two and Rue trusts Evel and feels a connection to him since they are both from the slums.
Evel:

Rue met Puck when she was trying to get him to stop so that she could steal his motorcycle. After failing she refound him at a park and once again tryed to steal Puck's beloved Bess. After a very angry confrentation Puck offerd her a ride and from that point on they were friends. He took her to a bar and gave her a nice meal and offerd her a place to stay. She was more then happy to accept and is now living in the apartment right beside of Puck and his wonderful cat named Miss Kitty <3

Rue met Levi as a child and they grew up around one another. They played togeather at school as children and are good friends!!!

Job: Thief for hire. Works as one of the three leaders of The CrookTooth gang (more info on the gang here-> )

Personality: Rue is actually a very sweet and silly MTT when she is not working. She is head strong and has a very bubbly personality when she is just out and about. She also gets along with animals VERY well, especially cats. She is sarcastic and playful with her friends and family and is not afraid to come off as weird to others. She is only ever herself!

But when she gets serious she is a serious threat. Having grown up in the slums and raised to be a master thief, she definitely lives up to her record. She is gruff and emotionless when working or dealing with a client or doing work for the gang. She can be merciless and cruel but that is usually reserved for special cases.

Bio: Rue grew up in a happy, but poor, home with her mother, older brother and younger sister in the middle levels of Junction City until she was 8 years old. At 8 her mother accidentally got pregnant by her husband again and, being a MTT of good conscience, she couldn't abort the egg. She sat her three children down and told them that they would have to move down to the lowest parts of the city and when Rue asked why, her mother's answer was “We don't have enough money to stay here sweet heart."

Rue's heart broke as she watched her mother tear up and cry. That night she and her brother Jak sat up in the night and decided to take a burden off of the family. They packed up the few belongings that they had, and left. They put a note on the table for their mother's sake. At first Rue and her brother tried to find a job but no one would hire two young stray MTTs and they were soon forced to go down to the sketchy lower levels of Junction City where they were they were struggling to survive. The police searched for them and fliers were put up but Rue and her sibling stayed hidden. They refused to let their mother bare their wight. With only mediocre thieving skills and little real world knowledge they barely survived each passing month.

One night about seven or so months after leaving home, they were wandering around the slums looking for their next meal or means of money. After a recently failed attempt to rob someone Jak was left with an injured leg, which became a major issue when a junkie Yol found Rue and her brother and began to stalk and persue them. The twitchy itchy Yol mumbled his plan to them through rotted teeth, he had planed on cutting off a tail or limb from the both of them to sell on the MTT meat black market.

As this encounter was happening a young MTT named Arkham who was fresh from the prison system happend to be strolling through and saw what was going on. As soon as he made eye contact with the kids huddled in the street trying to find a way to escape the mad man that was after them, he knew he needed to help. He saw himself in their eyes and he proceeded to beat the Yol to a bloody pulp and take Rue and Jak in.

Rue learned how to live on the streets and how to survive there from Arkham. He showed her how to steal things and get away with it, and from that point on she worked diligently to become a master thief which she accomplished at a surprisingly young age. She stole not just for herself, but for Arkham, Jak, and her family as well.

They eventually ended up forming a medium sized street gang called The Crooktooth gang who were run by the three of them. They started off small with only a total of five members besides them selves but as time went on and as they took in the weak and broken Yol , MTTs and Humans of the slums their numbers grew and are now in the 30s but this number is growing fast. They are available for hire if you want protection in the slums, want someone "taken care of" or if you want something stolen for you.

Rue's particular specialty and contribution to the gang is that she is an amazing thief. She is up for hire for large sums of money. She also feels a great connection for fellow thieves and law breakers. She lives by the code of "honor among thieves" And the saying "thick as thieves". Whenever they did get extra money they would venture back up to their old home and slip money under the door and usually a present or two for their mother , little sister , and new little brother.

Once they got older they reunited with their mother just to let her know that they were ok. They kept their occupation a secret and told her that they had stable jobs. Once Rue's older brother came of proper age he joined the ASP ranks and began to work hard to make something of himself. Rue stayed down in the slums and became known as “reaper" by some of the other low life's and even some of the MTTs on higher levels of the city had heard of her. She was called this since when she would mug people she would flash her "scythe" like hologram right before attacking her next victim and due to the fact that she would usually spray paint a scythe blade above , beside or sometimes even on her victims.

She wears a knife on her left calf when she does a job. She has been known to give her proceeds to some of the single parents and poorer family's living in the slums and she has an extreme protectiveness for smaller children. She often heads up to her home to visit her smaller siblings and mother. Her identity as The Reaper is only known by Arkam and Jak. She keeps her identity safe.

She is mated to Tazer Chessington ( reffrence sheet in the works). She met him while she was stalking the crowds in the upper levels of Junction City. She caught his eye and what was going to be a routine mugging, turned into something more. Tazer was later introduced to to Arkham and Jak and then finally to the gang life that they actually lived. And he fit right in. Despite not being able to contribute to the gang in a physical way, he became a MAJOR source of revenue for the gang.
Tazer ,coming from a rich family in England, knew finances and accounting and kept track of all the money going in and out of the gang. He crunches numbers and is a ingenious stock broker despite his young age. He was even able to turn the gangs head location into a fully functioning pharmaceutical facility while still hiding away the gang.

Info on Rue's alterniate Identity "The Reaper" and the information that the public has on "The Reaper"

Name: The Reaper (addressed as The Reaper or just Reaper)

Age? Possible late teens early to mid twentys.

Gender: Female

Most common siteings/ area's for crimes committed: The slums , and some of the highest places of Junction City. Very rarely is her trademark or her gang members found/picked up in the middle levels of the city.

Trademark/Signature/Calling card: A Scythe like symbol spray painted on a wall above her victims or below her gangs main symbol along with two other spay painted symbols done by the two other leaders.

Description: 5'7-5'9? In height. Long tail with a black tail warmer on it to cover markings. Wears a black hooded jacket , black pants, black shoes, and a mask that bears some resemblance an old Star Wars Movie character (General Grevious), a form of a tool belt on her waist with unknown contents, and a knife on left calf.

Forms of attack: Stabbing with knife, using Draconic form as a weapon, tail, a metal pipe used for bludgening, thieves tools...others unknown or unidentifyed.

Siganls seen before attack: The Reaper is known to get close to her victims and flash her Jagged Scythe like tail hologram and then attack. No other forms reported so far.

Interesting facts about Rue!!!

She was named after a spice that once grew on Earth back when it was able to support plant life.

Rue's hair is Fuchsia because when she was eight she BEGGED her mother to let her get it dyed and her mother set aside money for three months and was finally able to take her up to the higher levels and get it permanently dyed.

Rue only changes her legs into their stick form when she is on the higher levels of the city since living in the slums means LOTS of trash and those stick legs will just pick up trash and debris like crazy! And this bothers her deeply since she can be a bit of a neat freak.

Due to being a bit of a neat freak Rue will alphabetize things in stores or even organize them by color.

Rue has an unnatural hatered for shoes! She wears them only when nessicary.

Rue LOVES LOVES LOVES to sing! But she dosent sing very well. She can hold certain notes and sing some songs pretty ok but
with others......its the equivalent to a dieing whale that has a sore throat.
